Gates ( Town) Party in the Park

Town of Gates, Recreation Dept. is celebrating 60 years with a Party in the Park on Sat., August 12th from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.  They would like any and all cars from the 50's for a classic car show.  Of course anyone is welcome to attend, but only 1950's cars will be in the show. There are many events planned including food trucks, music and fireworks.  There will be tricia, pony rides, crazy contests, pictures from backdrops of that era.  There is no charge for the events.  Looks like a lot of fun.  Please call Nadine Jopson at 747-2078 if you have a car  from that era you would like to show so that we can give them a count.
